Michael & Wendy are the founders of Radiance Services Group. Since 2015, we have been running administration-related services both onsite and online.

With a background in Office Administration, Marketing and IT, Michael comes in so strong on Systems, Productivity, Project Management,  Operations and Sales.

Wendy backs the agency up with Content Creation, Copywriting, Scripts, Ad Copy and Content related services.  Her background in Marketing, Education, and teaching English serves as the backbone to effective Content Marketing.

Our Amazing back office made up of several Graphic Designers, Animators, Social Media Managers, Bookkeepers, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Website Designers, Web Developers and Mobile App Developers commands our stance on excellence.

Radiance Services Group is a member of the Society of Virtual Assistants.

Our ethos is to treat our clients business like our own – we have been there and set up a business from scratch so we know what’s involved. It can sometimes be a bit of a rollercoaster ride!

We recommend systems and processes, brainstorm ideas and assist with new projects or ventures . We have lots to bring to the table and our experience improves daily as we manage various clients and use different systems, follow different procedures and gain insight into various industries.
